  • Please see our business ships through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. This depends on weight, class, and speed of delivery. All tracking numbers will be included with the package. If a customer does not receive an order please call customer service or our business line listed on the site. Shipments are only insured upon customer request and customer will be accountable for extra charges or fees.
Returns/Exchanges— Are returns allowed? How does the shopper request a return? Are exchanges allowed? Are there any restocking fees? If yes, fees must apply to all shoppers regardless of payment method but can be specific to product type(s). Where does the shopper return the order to? Who pays return shipping?
  • There are no returns allowed due to safety and sanitary reasons (Only store credit)! If a customer is unsatisfied with an order please contact our business email and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours on a decision. In the event of a received damage from the business, customer will need to send pictures to business email and pay for return shipping upon company decision.
